We provide legal assistance in the setting up and functioning of various investment funds and special purpose vehicles locally and abroad.
Our practice leaders have gained experience, amongst other, in such transactions:
- Legal support to the major Ukrainian agricultural company in the preparation for attraction of capital from foreign investors, issue of the global depository receipts of the Bank of New York and listing of GDRs on the Frankfurt stock exchange
- Legal support to the large Ukrainian supermarket chain in the preparation, initial and secondary issues of the global depository receipts of the Bank of New York and private placement of these securities on the Frankfurt stock exchange
- Legal support to a real estate and development investment fund for admission to the AIM on the London Stock Exchange and subsequent secondary placements.
