Experience:Oleksiy Yasinsky has a vast experience in different local and foreign companies: from lawyer and head of legal department position to business development director. So, after 3 year experience in law department of CJSC “UMC” (now CJSC “MTS”), in year 2006 Alex occupies head of legal department position in CJSC “Telesystems of Ukraine” (PeopleNet). Afterwards, during following 2007-2009 years Oleksiy occupies Business development position in “Rockwool Ukraine Production”, where legal and financial issues, as well as investments and government relationships had been included into Oleksiy’s list of responsibility. Alex is an expert in investment consulting, corporate and commercial law and intellectual property.
Oleksiy is an attorney-at-law and MBA.
