- the sale of shares in a Ukrainian dairy to a strategic investor
- the acquisition by the British investment fund Black Lion of Rosinka Open Joint Stock Company, a large Kyiv-based soft drinks producer
- the acquisition, by a different investment funds group, of shares in an overseas holding company. The latter had a controlling stake in a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of ketchups and other food products, Chumak Closed Joint Stock Company
